Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance (SUD Life) is a joint venture between two of India's leading public sector banks, Bank of India and Union Bank of India, and Dai-ichi Life Holdings, a leading life insurance company in Japan.


Shikhar event of SUD Life, their annual awards and recognition event. This event is organized by Vijay Dalwani & his company Harmony Talent..





“Shikhar” recognizes key behaviors and drivers of performance. It focuses on broad based rewards to include wholesome performance of employees at the national level.





Celebrity playback singer Monali Thakur and also interspersed with the performance of Voctronica Band, an all-vocal orchestra which consists of beat-boxers, Indian Classical, Pop, Blues and Rock vocalists who collectively bring you the real power of the Human voice. Monali Thakur is the recipient of a National Film Award, Film fare Award and many more awards.




The event started with a keynote address by Girish Kulkarni, MD & CEO and Hitoshi Yamaguchi, Deputy CEO of Star Union Dai-lchi Life Insurance. This event was attended by more than 350 members and participants from all zones (East, West, North, South and Central), the ceremony witnessed 150 awards given out to star performers of the organization.

Speaking about the execution, Nishant Parashar, Founder – Director, “It is great to see a company which encourages and contributes towards its employees. It is always a pleasure working with Star Union, especially for a cause like this. It was a great opportunity for us and I am really happy that we executed this to our best.”




Voctronica is India’s first all-vocal ensemble. The band has developed a sound and style that is entirely unique and undeniably infectious. Despite drawing from an eclectic set of musical genres like pop, r&b, folk, old Bollywood, dubstep and electronica, the band merges their musical sensibilities to put forth one-of-a-kind interpretations of tracks across multiple genres and languages. It is a visual treat to watch a group of people produce music without any instruments.



Shikhar is one of those successful events which is organized by Vijay Dalwani. Vijay Dalwani and his team did a great job.

Fundraiser event was organized for the help of the families of our soldiers who were martyred in the Uri attack. In 2016 the grenade attacks were carried out by four terrorists near the town of Uri in Jammu and Kashmir. It was reported as "the deadliest attack on security forces in Kashmir in two decades". The terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed was involved in the planning and execution of the attack. At the time of the attack, the Kashmir Valley region was a center of unrest. At around 5:30 a.m. on 18 September, four terrorists attacked an Indian Army brigade headquarters in Uri, near the Line of Control in a pre-dawn ambush.
